Rosaline is one of our wonderful Valentine Kittens, named for Romeo's first love in Romeo and Juliet. She and Romeo were rescued from a very tough area (tough for humans and cats!), very near busy traffic. Our foster parents helped transform these kittens from shy, frightened kittens to healthy, confident teens.
Rosaline is a remarkable looking girl....really stunning. Her deep Tortie colors of rich browns and peach are accented by an almost iridescent swipe of gold/peach down her nose. Her coat is lush and silky, making the prospect of petting her a true joy.
Her foster mom writes: "Rosaline has come a long way and now greets me with the sweetest little musical meows. She is happy to be petted and has become a good foster friend. However, she is still shy with new people and will take some time to adjust to her new surroundings, but when she finally feels at home she will become a sweet and loving friend. She just needs a quiet home and a little patience. Rosaline gets along well with other cats, but a home without dogs or young children would be the best environment for her to really be able to come out of her shell."
